- North America : 3 - 5 weeks
- Europe : 3 - 4 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 3 - 4 weeks
- Asia Pacific : 2 - 4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return/exchange with following conditions applied

Consent:
Contact seller within 3 days from the date of merchandise receipt.
Condition of items:
Item(s) for return/exchange shall be in Original & Unused condition with all associated packaging as delivered.
Returns/Exchange:
Ship items back with tracking number within 7 days from the date of merchandise receipt. Buyers are responsible for successful delivery of the return items.
Shipping:
No charges if the wrong item was delivered by seller.
Buyers are responsible for both ways of shipping costs + administrative fees of USD6 is applicable if the return/exchange was due to any other reason.
